How does this work?
The Process
-
Please submit the interest questionnaire (found on the contact page), briefly detailing the services that your district is interested in.
-
( ~60 mins.)
Once an interest form is submitted, it will be reviewed. You will receive a follow up email to schedule an initial meeting.
During the initial meeting, Canella can learn more about the services that your district is seeking. This is also a time to ask questions regarding services, fee schedules, and any specifics regarding the drafting of the contractual agreement.
-
Following the initial consultation meeting, a contractual agreement is drafted and sent for review. Services and terms will be agreed upon and signed by both parties.
-
Relevant school personnel and IEP team members are contacted to gather the necessary information needed to inform the evaluation. Testing dates are scheduled.
-
Once all of the necessary evaluation pieces are collected (e.g., testing, rating scales, interviews, developmental history, neuropsych and/or medical reports), a formal evaluation report is generated and provided to the case manager in PDF format within 12 schools days after testing.
-
Should your district prefer my attendance at the student's evaluation meeting to review findings with the IEP team, a meeting date/time is agreed upon to ensure my attendance at the initial or triennial evaluation meeting.
